She’s Out There- And She’ll Be in the White House Soon
Marie Wilson, President of The White House Project, recently wrote the forward for She’s Out There, a book about inspiring young women who plan to run for the nation’s office soon. From ages 5 to 35, these aspiring presidential candidates write essays about their stories, their passions.
The book also includes inspirational quotes from many accomplished female politicians (several of whom are WCF-Endorsed!) and pictures of these extraordinary young women working on their passion projects.
Although we knew it before we picked up this inspiring book, it is clear now, more than ever before, that the first (and second, and third…) female president is out there. As Amy Phillips showed us at our recent rooftop event, this generation of young women is primed to achieve like none before them.
Be sure to pick up a copy of She’s Out There, and learn about the next generation of women candidates!
