		<description>It seems the the problem of not feeling qualified enough is an epidemic among women in this country.  Even the most eminently qualified question their abilities and their right to be where they are, all because they live in a society that questions their abilities on the basis of their gender.  Parity in Congress, the Supreme Court, etc. is not just imperative because of the female perspective being included in decisions and policymaking.  It is also important so that we can move closer to a time when our daughters and granddaughters can grow up feeling confident in their skills and qualifications.</description>
